Brush Arbor is a small Assemblies of God congregation in Pulaski County. We sing, we pray, we open the Bible together, and we look after one another through the week as much as on Sunday.
If you are looking for a church, you are welcome here exactly as you are. There is no dress code and nobody is going to make you stand up and introduce yourself.

Here is what to expect, so nothing about Sunday morning is a surprise.
- Where do I park?
- There is a lot beside the building on Newbern Road. Park anywhere; nothing is reserved.
- What should I wear?
- Whatever you are comfortable in. Some folks wear a tie, most do not.
- How long is the service?
- Sunday worship runs a little over an hour. Coffee and conversation usually run longer.
- What about my kids?
- Children are welcome in the service. Nobody minds the noise.
Our pastor
Pastor Carson Linkous
Pastor, with his wife Kay
Carson Linkous has pastored Brush Arbor alongside his wife Kay for many years, and has spent his life in Pulaski County.
He preaches straight from the Bible, visits the sick, and answers his own phone.
What we believe
Brush Arbor is part of the Assemblies of God. These are the convictions our services are built on.
The Scriptures
The Bible is the inspired Word of God and our rule for faith and conduct.
One God
One true God, revealed as Father, Son, and Holy Spirit.
Salvation
Salvation is received through repentance toward God and faith in Jesus Christ, not earned.
Baptism in the Holy Spirit
A gift promised to every believer, given to empower a life of witness and service.
Divine healing
We pray for the sick and believe God still heals.
The return of Christ
Jesus is coming again, and we live in that hope.

Sunday worship
Hymns and choruses, prayer, and preaching from the Word.
Wednesday Bible study
A midweek study and prayer time, open to anyone.
